    Foreclosure Purchases

If you want to purchase an interval (week) at auction but can’t attend in person,
    contact David Silverman: 808.651.6683 - davids@hawaiilink.net
    or Phil Fudge: 808.822.9522 - landmark@hisemail.net

Both have a complete listing of all intervals being auctioned and can email or fax the list to you. Their charges are based on the services that they provide. David provides full real estate services, which are described on his website at www.timeshareforeclosureauctions.com. Phil does not act as a real estate agent, merely bidding for you at auction; his charge is $100.

You’ll need to do the following:
    1. Tell David or Phil which units or types of units you want to purchase.
    2. Tell them the maximum amount you’re willing to pay for each unit.
    3. Give them the exact name and address as it should be shown on the title to your interval.

They will give you instructions on how to make the payment to them for the interval and for their fee.

Auctions can be postponed or reduced in size. If you plan to attend in person, check with Bob Wickersham, David Silverman or Phil Fudge to be sure the auctions will take place as scheduled.
