1. Can I add additional nights to my Hawaii getaway?
Yes! Based on availability, you can add nights for a total of up to eight (8) nights at an additional per night rate. Rates will vary depending on season; be sure to ask your Vacation Counselor for details.
2. Where can I get information about activities and events available at the resort?
For more information on activities and events at Hilton Waikoloa Village® or Hilton Hawaiian Village® Beach Resort & Spa, click the links on the home page of your personal web site. You can also visit the concierge desk at the resort, or call 1-808-886-1234 (for Hilton Waikoloa Village) or 1-877-942-2345 (for Hilton Hawaiian Village Beach Resort & Spa).
3. How long do I have to travel to Hawaii once I purchase my vacation?
You have twelve months from the day you purchase your vacation package to travel on your Hawaii Grand Getaway.
4. Can I change my travel dates once I’ve made them?
Yes, you may change your travel dates. However, because space is limited for this special getaway, there is a fee of $19.95 for each reservation change made up to 15 days of arrival. Should you wish to change your travel dates within 14 days of your scheduled arrival, the equivalent of one night at the currently published rack rate will be applied to the cost of your reservation.
5. How many people can travel on my Hawaii getaway?
This Hawaii Grand Getaway is good for up to two people. You may add additional people for an additional charge.
6. How can find out more or book my Hawaii getaway?
Please visit your personal web site at the web address listed on your invitation. Or, if you prefer you can call us at the toll-free number listed on the invitation.
7. What type of accommodation will I be staying at in Hawaii?
Your Hawaii Grand Getaway includes a standard hotel room for two at your choice of Hilton Waikoloa Village or Hilton Hawaiian Village Beach Resort & Spa.
8. What’s the best way to travel from the airport to the hotel?
We recommend taking a cab or a rental car to travel from the airport to the hotel. If you decide to rent a car, parking at Hilton Waikoloa Village is $7.50/day for self-parking and $14/day for valet. At Hilton Hawaiian Village Beach Resort & Spa, self-parking is $17/day and valet parking is $19/day.

Reservations are on a space-available basis. Accommodations will be in a standard hotel room at the Hilton Waikoloa Village® or Hilton Hawaiian Village® Beach Resort & Spa for up to two (2) people (retail value of $209-$489 per night, based on season and property). Upgrades may be available at an additional cost. Package includes accommodations and premiums only. Please allow approximately 60 to 90 days after check-in for Hilton HHonors® bonus points to be credited to your account. All other charges, sales taxes, expenses, and the cost of travel are your sole responsibility and are not included in this special rate. Holiday, high season or weekend rates may apply. Written confirmation required to check-in.

This is a non-refundable, non-transferable advance purchase package. Reservations must be made with a credit card. A $19.95 charge applies to each reservation change made up to 15 days prior to arrival. Should your plans change within 14 days of your scheduled arrival requiring a change of your reservation dates or arrival date, the equivalent of one night at currently published rack rate will be applied to the cost of your package. The above fees do not apply when purchasing additional nights consecutive to an existing reservation. Package expires twelve (12) months from date of purchase. Premiums may not be redeemed for cash.
