Pono Kai two bedroom, presidential suite did not sell on ebay

The bid maxed out at $2,649, which did not meet reserve.

I was surprised no one bought that one. It looked like a great deal, but who knows what ts-liquidators set as the reserve.

Is this the same guy, back again to sell more timeshares? Maybe his reputation, or his choice of a close name to that seller, was the reason the week did not get the bids. I was sure someone would buy it, with all the recent talk about Pono Kai on TUG.

We just bought a 1-bed at Pono Kai for $2500.00 today. reserved for Sept.
i'm hoping we like it. Never been to Kauai so we are looking forward to it.
I see a lot more 2-bed avail, but we want to watch those maint. fees!

I had asked for clarification as there was on mention if it were an annual usage and also if it was 1-52 weeks. Got no reply.

Had it not been a reserve auction, the bidding might have been higher.

Darn, that one is closing through Timeshare Closing Services. I know where their inventory comes from. I don't think I can bid on that one.
