Koloa Landing at Poipu Beach
When we were in Kauai we saw all the new development going on in Poipu. This has been mentioned OY in several threads. We were shocked about the massive size of these developments.
We stopped to see what was going on at the Koloa Landing.
Prices are from $900,000 to $3+ million.....they had already sold a good chunk of their first phase and only had 16 of 85 units left as of early Jan '08.
The property is supposed to be like a 5* resort of individually owned condo's with some substantial monthly association fees $2,500+.
