A week passes by so fast but you have three more to go. That's the way to go to the Islands. I am happy for you that you saw lots of whales. We love to see them too.

Is there any lava flowing right now? There must be if you have the "vog".

It certainly could be me at DIS. I luv the trip reports and the restaurant reviews. I've only been to WDW twice; first in 1986 and then again about 2 years ago. But I do love The Real Disney out here in Ca. Not that WDW isn't nice, but, I'm a child of the original with my first trip in 1958 so.....

Hawaii was great this year. Perfect weather, no crowds (at least on Kauai), lots of whales. We flew Hawaiian so had no airline issues, thank the Big Kahuna. After spending 30 days there I did realize that I love the Islands but could never live there full time. I'm a Ca. girl thru & thru.

I have been a bad girl, though, neglecting my resort reviews. I will get to that as soon as I have the yard cleaned up for Spring. It is so hard to be inside on such a glorious Spring day!

Yes, we are back. We flew home on April 18 without any problems, also with HA. I am already counting down for next year but we are true Californians too.

We also saw many whales and they stayed around for a long time. Once we were so close that we could hear them.
