Kauai Coast Resort at the Beachboy

Does anyone have a floor plan of this place? If not a floor plan do you know what size the units are? Is there a/c in the entire unit? Thanks for any and all info.

No floor plan,

But from memory, the 1 beds are about 800 and the 2's about 1000.

They have a/c, seems like they were window or wall units like most Hawaiian resorts that do have a/c.

The buildings have a central hallway with all the units doors , so all units face out towards the pool or other areas, except the few front ocean facing units.

There are stairs on both ends of the buildings, no elevators, parking if off to one side, and it takes a little walking to get to your suite.

Nice place, great central location, walk to the stores and restaurants in the Coconut Market place.
