Can you again access the red sand beach near the Hana Hotel? When we last visited the area in February 2008, the path to the beach was washed out by rain. The path around the cinder mound to the beach was not safe, and at times hotel employees stopped people from entering the path near their property. We are again planning to vist Maui in February 2010, and hoped to go to the red sand beach again.
