I've been informed that some recent personnel issues are causing some possible problems and delays. If you are currently involved in a transaction with this office, you may want to call in for the status of your transaction sometime in the near future to ensure yours doesn't fall through the cracks.

I tried to reach the owner of the brokerage side, Steve- but was told he's in Mexico and the receptionist wasn't able to give me an expected date for his return. I was also unable to reach Cindy, the owner of the rental side.

I deal primarily with the sales side of their business, so I don't know if the rental transactions have also been impacted.

Hi everyone,

This is Steve, Cindy's husband. Cindy runs the rental side of our company and I the resale. The rental side of the business is normal. We did lose a very valuable employee on the resale side of our company..however we still have several employees handling our transactions. We do not anticipate any lengthy delays that are within our control. As we in the business are aware of some timeshares can take awhile to close.
Cindy and I are in Mexico on vacation with our two children Austin 19 and Sydney 12. we will return to the US on 03-09-10 and be in the office on 03-10-10. I f anyone feels they need to speak with us please do not hesitate to call us. We are at the Grand Mayan in Playa del Carmen. 1-877-694-0985
