Turn LEFT onto CANTRELL AVE.
Hospital is on your left - 2 miles.

East Rockingham Health Center

Turn LEFT onto 33 East
Health Center is on your left - 5 miles.

Turn LEFT onto 33 East
Go approximately 5 miles, take the US-340 N/US-340 S ramp.
From 340 N, turn RIGHT on EAST ROCKINGHAM ST.
Medical Center will be on the Left - a quarter mile.
