Has anyone been to this resort lately? I have a unit on hold, but wanted to know if these have been updated/renovated. Also where is building 3 located?

I was there this summer; it isn't fancy, but perfectly functional. No real issues with furniture/appliances etc.

We were there last summer. The unit was in good condition, clean and functional. I don't think ours was recently updated. But it really did not need much update. We had the lower unit. The bed in the bedroom was small and our unit was a bit far from everything though.

The best way to find out about your unit is to call Massanutten. They would tell you the exact location, how far the unit is from the front gate, the pool, and etc.

Eagle Trace

I stayed at Eagle Trace over Labor Day weekend, but not at Killy Court.

I agree that Eagle Trace is functional.

Eagle Trace units are over 20 years old, but are well maintained. Eagle Trace is high on the mountain. I prefer the partial kitchen units over the full kitchen. They have a larger master bedbroom and large tub, but have a limited kitchen. The full kichen has a dish washer and oven so it has it's strengths.

Killy Court is within walking of the ski area and upper attractions. The rest of Eagle Trace is not.
