Never heard of them. But with the glut of TSs in the Williamsburg and Va Beach area, there's probably a large group of potential "clients." Given the history of most resalers, I would be wary of this one too.
We just visited Massanutten resort from the 5th to the 11th of June by trading our Ocean Sands unit. This resort is huge and we were very impressed with all of the activities, amenities, and the way the resort was maintained.
While there we accepted the resorts offer for 2 activity cards for a 90 minute survey.. what a mistake!! It turned out to be a 4 hour sales presentation with very high pressure! In the end we almost bought a Woodstone biennial 2 bedroom lockout unit in July that after all the flim flam and hoopla came to around $14,000.00, thank god we decided to pass!
The following day our way to Harrisonburg to do some shopping we passed by Timeshare Recyclers. My wife and I talked about it and on the way back we decided to stop by to see what they were about. We were greeted by a nice lady named Page who introduced us to her husband Ron. They were both very pleasant and listened politely as we explained what we had gone through in our "survey" experience and that we were just curious to see what they might have.
After we had finished Ron asked us if were still interested in a Massanutten property and with no pressure at all offered us the same unit we had almost bought in a week 29(late July) that was an annual instead of a bi ennial for $4000.00! We asked if we could think about it for a day or 2 and he said that it would be no problem.
Needless to say we are now Massanutten owners and we have nothing but good things to say about Ron and Page and Timeshare Recyclers. Every detail of the contract was handled professionally and we are more than happy with our purchase.
Really not sure what an OP is, I was only responding to a question about more information.
No we have not received a deed yet. It is my understanding that the paperwork process can take up to 2 months before we will receive it. It took almost a year to get the deed to our Virginia Beach timeshare and we bought that from the company.
We did see the deed to the property we were purchasing and we did see the paper with the attorneys name on it that said it was paid in full. They had that in the file along with the agreement for sale by the original owner and the original contract for purchase. The original deed said the purchase price was $20,990 so we feel it was a good buy for us.
Anyone have any information on Timeshare Recyclers?
Ron`s signs are gone, the building where his office was
is "For Rent" and his company website no longer works.
being recycled?
