Another example of what is wrong with much of this industry and the pompous attitude of developers/mgmt companies who treat owner's money as if it was their own. I wish that ARDA could devise some system where one of the requirements of membership for developers was to allow a third-party audit of the financials each year. That would actually be something that would protect owners!
