    Hello All:
I'm just finishing up a stay at this location. It a fairly new resort without much info out there. If anyone has any questions, please let me know. I'm pretty sure the review section hasn't come back up, so I will post my thoughts here. (mods, let me know if you prefer it someplace else)

Property/Grounds: New construction, this land was either plowed off all the trees or was farmland. They have new plantings all around - but it certainly isn't lush. No irrigation system that I can see and even the grass is weedy and spotty. But, all is clean and kept up.

Units: They offer 2 or 4 bedroom. Actually - the 4BR appears to be two 2 BR's combined by a common hallway. The 4 BR would be the perfect set up for 2 families that want to be together - but still have their own space. They each get a unit. The layout to get ino the unit is strange, we are on the first floor of a two floor building. It takes 3 doors to get us into our unit. 1 in the building, 1 into the common hallway that is shared by the 2 first floor units and then 1 into our room. On the 1st floor, this hallway also hold the tiny washer and dryer to be shared with the other unit. The materials the resort gave out said 2nd floor units have their own laundry (I have not been able to confirm).

The units are nice (well they are new so I hope so!) The master has a king and very large bathroom with an oversized shower, sink and cosmetic/vanity area. The toilet is in its own separate "closet" off from the bathroom. Beds were comfortable enought. The other bedroom has a queen/full. It's oversized bathroom is shared by common area and includes a jetted tub toilet and sink.

The units also have free wifi.

Activities: They offered a decent array. Some were mixed with their sister resort (Williamsburg Plantation). Typical kids stuff, face painting, magnets, etc. But, they also offered Washington DC tours, Culinary tour, wine social for adults. Trivia, magic show and Bingo round out their offerings. Spa services at the Plantation were also offered. (all come with a cost)

They have a couple tennis courts, a tiny playgroung - but 2 great pools. one inside and one outside. These pools are what brought us here (having a child) and they didn't dissappoint. The outside has a large play structure, a small lazy river, basketball and plenty of "in-pool" seating so the adults can sit back in the water while the kids play. The inside was just as nice, just not with the play structure. Plenty of seating and tables with umbrella's (which are needed to stay away from the sun.....again, no trees around)

Location: Nice location - right down the road from the premium outlets, grocery store and plenty of restaurants. Bout 10 minutes from Bush Gardnes and Water Country.
