      Have a great time.
I enjoyed his show at the Paris also. Very vibrant.

Dd has been on the Hampton Jitney since 2:40. At 7:20 they were only at exit 61 LIE. The bus has now broken down(ran out of gas?) and they are sending another bus for them.
What a terrible storm. Freezing sleeting rain out east.

They finally postponed it. Not canceled, bc that would mean full automatic refunds for everybody. They moved it to next Sunday night, when we're supposed to be in Philly. I wrote asking for a full refund...it's horrible Ticketmaster, so we'll see what they say.

Now we have about 6 inches or so and I haven't heard much wind. Bradley I'ntl shut down around 1 PM and the governor banned travel on limited access highways at 4 PM (except emergency and unility vehicles).

Oh that stinks, Well I hope at least they get a few free rides for this. The traffic is an excuse but running out of gas is not.

That's awful. It will probably take hours for the new bus to get there. Hope she gets home soon.

It is now 9:50 and DH and DSIL just went to pick her up....I sent a Ruby Red Grapefruit Martini along for the ride home.... Or should I say that her father suggested the drink delivery!!!

Everyone stay safe and warm, so far we have power but the trees are bent waaaay over with the heavy slushy wet snow.

Oh man Pat. It took DH Mike 2.5 hours to get from exit 55 to exit 63. Left at 6pm and got home at 8:30 pm.
Good luck - hope they make it home soon.

Well, at 4am we have whiteout conditions and a heavy snow band right above us. This is a 3 inch an hour band. I'd guess a foot or better of snow on the ground right now.

They closed the LIE and Sunrise Hwy around 11pm.
Luckily the last jitney to leave Manhattan was behind them by 40 minutes do that is who picked them up. Pretty Crazy.

Still spitting a little snow this AM and there's also a little wind. I haven't been out yet and I'm in no hurry with travel currently prohibited. Looks like we are on the light side for a change with snow totals in the teens. Some towns nearer to the shore got as much as 34.5 inches and most of the power outages are in the southeastern coast of the state. I'm guessing that the paper will not be delivered until afternoon, if at all, so there's no hurry to get working on snow removal.
