Cape May is one of my favorite places on the Jersey Shore. If you get a chance, take some pictures. Enjoy your stay.

We are on our way down there tomorrow for a week. Actually I am splitting the week with another couple who will come down when we go home on Wednesday. I asked for the last building near the Red Door. We'll see what we get tomorrow. In fact if the rain and wind doesn't stop we will hold off until Sunday. We only live 2 hours away so it will be fine no matter what. I am interested in seeing Cape May again at Christmastime. It is always done so beautifully. We used to be regular Cape May visitors but we are not as romantic as we were then. Cape May is a very romantic place.

Let me know your room and/or last name and perhaps we can have lunch or dinner in the club house. We are not much for gambling because I am allergic to the smoke in the casinos. I love the slots but the places reek so much I get sick after an hour.

Are you Marriott Owners? Can you believe my friends wanted this December week at the Shore. I thought it was crazy at the time and in this wind and rain now I know it is. I hope to see you there.There will be just my husband Bob and me.

Other than the casinos, what else is there to do there? Thanks!

The drive to Cape May is about an hour and worth the drive. On the return there are a few huge and famous Amusement parks. I forget the names at the moment. As soon as they come to me I will post them. There are other places that you can stop on your return from Cape May. I recall a zoo and wildlife preserve for one.

Yes, you can stop at Wildwood, and Ocean City. Both are fun communities with boardwalks. Wildwood is kind of a throw back to the fifties. Ocean City has a huge amusement park for the kids.

You can also go to Phili for the day.....about an hours drive.
