Trade power of RED 1-52 Week Float Summit @ Massanutten?

I may have missed this one. hopefully this is better late than never. A few years ago I did a little trade test of my own and my best week picked up the Summit and my not so great trader did not (though it did pick up other areas of the resort). Of course there will be weeks that trade much better at the resort, I would guess January and February may be strong, with summer a holidays having their usual high demand.

My biggest dog <weakest week> can pick up all Massanutten resorts all year long at 15 to 18 months out.

I wouldn't recommend purchasing this one to trade as they bulkbank.
