    Mount Airy Lodge, Poconos
    Sands, Bethlehem
    Foxwoods, Phila
Another one was awarded out it Pittsburgh.

I will have 3 casinos within 45 minutes of where I live. There are rumors that in a couple of years they will also allow table games.

Beautiful Mount Airy Lodge! Sing it with me!

Are you happy about this development, Pat? What's the feeling out there? We vacation in the Poconos almost every year and I have to admit I have mixed feelings about it personally.

Beautiful Mount Airy no longer exists. It was razed a while ago.

For the most part, I think it's good. We can always use more jobs and tax revenue. It's the traffic I won't like but then I live far enough away to not be affected dramatically.

Mount Airy was nice in the winter but the rooms needed help. I thought they were building a casino near Scranton. Did that fall a part?

The Mohegan Sun bought the Pocono Downs Racetrack(horse not car). It's located in Plains Township just outside Wilkes Barre. They still have horse racing. That's where Lisa and I met on the 10th.

Just realized there is a second Philly casino called SugarHouse. It's along the river in the Fishtown section of Philly. Foxwoods is also on the river but in south Philly.

My wife for a Sec was excited to go back to the Pocono's when she first heard this. Not so excited after I told her there is only slots at the moment.

                      SugarHouse Casino - Philadelphia

SugarHouse Casino is a proposed $550 million casino

and entertainment project along the Delaware River waterfront.

Ultimately, the SugarHouse could accommodate up to 5,000 slot machines.

SugarHouse Casino will be located at the site of the former Jack Frost Refinery,
on the Delaware River waterfront. This location highlights the best of Philadelphia.

In close proximity to Center City Philadelphia, the location also provides excellent access from both I-95 and I-676, which allows for safe and easy travel both to and from the facility.

The expansive 22-acre site provides high visibility
for visitors and an unrivaled waterfront setting.

Visitors will have extraordinary views of both the waterfront and
Philadelphia's skyline while enjoying their experience at the casino.
