Even with family in DC we have never gotten to see this... and this year it even coincides with Spring Break!

I spent one Easter in DC, when this festival was taking place. Unfortunately, that particular day was cold and rainy. We had a nice time, but the weather definitely put a damper on things.

If you catch a nice spring day, I'm sure that is would be very enjoyable. The Cherry Blossoms are beautiful.
