We own at the Waves and stay in OC at least a few weeks a year. We have also stayed at Seatime a few times.
The management company at Seatime maintains a list of units for sale. If you contact them, they will email the list. They also conduct an auction in Jan or Feb - mostly off weeks but sometimes red summer.
Some of the units at Seatime are ts and others are full ownership. Unlike most of the OC ts, management is on-site.
All of the OC timeshares are well used - the beach is the draw, certainly not luxury.
The Waves has 3 bedroom units and they are large. They are managed by East Coast Management. ECM managed resorts are allowed to trade through an internal program among the other resorts managed by ECM and also "rent" extra weeks. This maybe one of the reasons why you don't see the inventory in RCI and II for OC that you might expect. Once in awhile, a red 3 bd at the Waves will come available, but not often.
Oceantime - also in the same block as Seatime and the Waves only has 2 bedroom units.
