Note: Owners may now make their payment online


Fireplaces

The gas fireplaces in Buildings 5 through 27 were replaced with electric units!

It's too bad that a few employees (and/or a few owners) don't like working or staying on a 'Plantation.'

They tried to change Powhatan to Powhatan Vacation Resort but the BOD and Advisory Board held out for Historic Powhatan Resort. Powhatan has the plantation on site while the foundations for Greensprings are nearby to the resort.
