Great news for the area. Silverleaf does a great job renovating timeshares.
SCOTRUN: It’s official. Silverleaf Resorts has purchased Caesars Brookdale, the one family resort of the four local Caesars properties in the famed Pocono Mountains. Terms of the purchase were not disclosed.
This will be Silverleaf’s first property in Pennsylvania.
The resort will close on April 28, though Silverleaf won’t take control until July 15. Word is that Silverleaf plans extensive renovations to the property and no reopening date has been announced.
