Have a 8 hour layover in PHL this Sunday. Is it doable to go and see the Liberty Bell? Should I cab it? Any suggestions?

Have not tried that before. But there is a train from Airport to Market street, exit is at 8th street, and Liberty bell is at Market street and 5th street
