So, I just snagged an exchange at the Summit for July 4th of 2010. I am already going to Woodstone for President's Week in 2009. It only says 1 in 4...doesn't say 1 in 4 for the family of resorts.

Am I OK if I'm at Woodstone and then Summit the next year?

I am not sure. You may want to call the exchange company and ask that question.
I own at Woodstone, but the 1 in 4 rule does not apply to me when I exchange back into the resort.
