  • Question about 1in4 rule at Massanutten

I have a unit booked this summer at Woodstone at Massanutten -- which I know has a 1 in 4 rule. Can I stay more than once at Woodstone in the SAME year?

    Thanks,
    Debi

Only if you are staying at contiguous weeks or if you own at that resort. Owners would be exempt from a 1-in-x rule even if they are trading in.

ETA Is this a group 1-in-4 or resort specific?

It is my understanding that I can stay at Woodstone this year and one of the other ones at Massanutten next year. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong.

That is the way that I understand it too. I checked at RCI and it looks like each timeshare group is a seperate 1/4 - ex. Woodstone, Summit, Villas, etc.
