Unless my math is wrong, this article says that Marriott could be paid up to $40 million to take this resort from CSX! I'm guessing that this is simply another version of a short sale?

Shouldn't we expect that type of thing from politicians..

The average joe planned on hiding in converted septic tanks, and congress had a luxurious bunker on the grounds of a renowed resort!

I wonder what happened to all those private bomb shelters we say on the movie newsreels?
