No, but I've been to the parade! Lots of fun. Lived in Philly for years and never came across the museum.

Been there once....

My wife is a true Mummers fan so we had to go..

It is located in an area of town with nothing else near it..
A good number of costumes but most are older and the building is rough and a bit musty.. it is a totally private run facility and the low budget shows...

If you love the Mummers, you may want to try it but even a long time fan, like my wife, has never asked to return..
