How is it coming along - Will it have a timeshare connected to it?

Wilderness in the Ozarks is a planned waterpark resort for the Branson tourism area.
Located in Hollister, Missouri, the resort would be identical to the Wisconsin Dells resort.

The waterpark would be approximately 75,000 square feet (7,000 m2).
It will be part of "The District", a 120-acre (0.49 km2) master-planned community.
