Trade Belize for Big Cedar Lodge?

I'm new to this forum, hope I'm in the right place I own a 3 bedroom in the Captain Morgan's Vacation Beach Club on Ambergris Caye, Belize. I have heard a lot of good things about Big Cedar and would like to take the family next summer( 2013). We need 3 bedrooms/3 baths, full kitchen, preferably in the same lodge or cluster. Would consider a 2 bedroom and a seperate 1 bedroom if close together. Entertaining the notion to do an even swap if anyone is interested.

Big Cedar 3 Bedroom

As far as price goes make us a reasonable offer. Don't know how much interest there is in early June there for families.

The warning about posting your email address is still valid. It's just asking for trouble. If anyone would know about crazies using the Internet to inflict difficulties on the lives of others, it is me, and a few others here.

Being here (there, Branson) since the inception of Wilderness Club and following it's lack of availability via exchange companies, then it's availability, and, now, again, it's lack of availability, I can assure you that there is some value to a 3-bedroom in June.

As has been posted several times, the demand for Branson summer weeks goes by the school calendar. In rural Missouri, schools are out by Mid-May and go back Mid-August.

Having said that, as an owner of a peak summer, Week 28, 2-bedroom, at one of the better Branson resorts, I can attest that renting out anything in Branson is a crapshoot. I am lucky to get $400, far less than the M Fee, and only because it is a peak week.

Something you have going for you is that there is a concept that Big Cedar is different/better-than/not really Branson, among Branson lovers. The other thing, of course, is that it is a 3-bedroom cabin.

Thank you BoardGirl, my exchange request seems to have been hijacked, LOL! My swap offer is off the table for 2013. We decided to take friends with us to Belize this June. However, we might consider any swap offers (not rental offers) for 2014.
