Christmas Mountain - Wisconsin Dells, WI - Special Assessments???

I have 3 weeks UDI at Christmas Mountain.

I just got a bill in the mail and they want to bill me $3,000 for each of the three weeks for a total of $9.000.

Any suggestions?

I do not have that kind of money. Something does not seem right here. Is this a sham to rid of the UDI weeks owners?

You don't have to pay the 9K all at once.
You have 3 years to pay 1K per year.
No it's not a sham, the units are badly neglected and need a total redo.
That's what happens when you keep MF's artificially low and don't fund reserves properly.
