Looking for an Easy Trade in the Upper Midwest

I'm looking for a relatively easy trade into a good resort in the Upper Midwest. These are for friends of mine who have two small children. Any suggestions?

Breezy Point in Minnesota comes to mind. I've never been there, but know owners and others who have been.

We have several CMV (Wisconsin) owners here, too.

Are you set on a particular area? Upper midwest is pretty big. You say trade, but what do you have to offer in return?

I wish I could but the altitude just doesn't love me.

But it is possible to do a reasonably priced rental.

Chriskre I will save your info for the future. Sometimes we do straight rentals from people. Not likely this year but good for future reference!
