    The riverboat casino proposal, defeated in 2004, for Rockaway Beach just north of Branson, is on again.

      A neighbor has 200 acres over there and a contractor that bid our storm damage recently was talking about the land he is developing over there. Both, of course, are hoping for a casino, but I thought they were living in the past.

      I thought it was a dead deal until the news last night. This time it is a Detroit-based casino operator, and I did not know any were based there.
