Door Cty Bakeries-Unique bread, lefse?

We are leaving Milwaukee this morning heading for The Rushes in Door Cty on Friday. We picked up some red, white and blue bread at a bakery here in town and are now looking for good breads to try when we actually have a kitchen.

Any recommendations on finding unique breads, lefse and maybe soups?

Short
