I just completed an exchange request for August, and from the web site, it looks as though all of the new amenities (pool recreation area, new stables) should be up and running.

We are looking forward to seeing the area.

The 2007 fees are $380. I have not seen the interior of my unit, but it only has 1 step to it, so that is a good thing. The casino is now open, so it is going to be more to do in the area. I deposited my August week recently. Maybe you got my unit, Vanessa.
