I am considering a purchase at The Rushes in Baileys Harbor, Wisconsin. Would like to hear any feedback about the resort, its trading power with exchange companies, etc. Thanks

What time frame are you looking at for a purchase: Summer, Fall, Spring or Winter?

What size unit?

If I am not mistaken, all the units are 2 bedroom. We are primarily interested in the fall, September or October.

You might send a private message to brucecz, he owns a summer week there or used to, that he uses and rents out. I drove by there on spring that I had some extra time on a business trip to Green Bay. Looks nice. Some units by the lake and some units up in the woods.

Also the resorts sends out a news letter with a price sheet.
