Have a great trip....you will never want to vacation in a hotel room again.
"If a Nation expects to be ignorant and free in a state of civilization, it expects what never was and never will be.... If we are to guard against ignorance and remain free, it is the responsibility of every American to be informed."
-- Thomas Jefferson to Col. Yancey, 1816

Some of those highs may be a bit optimistic for Two Harbors, so do be prepared. A suggestion: If you're not in too big a hurry to get there, take the scenic route between Duluth and Two Harbors (speed limit is still 55). You will see some lovely views of the lakeshore

There are others more qualified to talk about Hot Springs. The extent of my knowledge waas that cold week in January, when the BBQ place we wanted to visit was closed.

I know of Hot Springs Village, that it is a nice Cooper development, and I meet people from there who golf here with reciprocal privileges.

        I know there are lakes.

I know there is a horse race track.

I know there is the historic Hot Springs site.

            BigPapa,

Hope you are enjoying your vacation. I just saw your post now. I would have replied sooner but we were in Cancun.

Sounds like we had very high winds and got a lot of rain last week while we were gone. Glad you are in the area this week instead of last week.

Have a great time. I'm looking forward to hearing about your first timeshare experience and what you think of Superior Shores and the area.
