Holiday Hills is already overbuilt and readily available through every discount timeshare rental site around.

They added a bunch to Holiday Hills, doubling it or tripling it, just before Silverleaf lost their operating finances however many years ago that was. They had just started marketing the expansion and all sales were shut down.

I know they have been marketing it to existing owners through their many upgrade offerings. I see alot of Texans coming up here in Bonus Time.

I haven't golfed there in awhile, but it seems like the last time I did there were some things resembling sales going on again.

They have been talking about redoing part of the existing golf course for awhile, but I haven't seen it yet. The 10th and 11th holes are before the clubhouse. They are two short, stupid golf holes. I know they want to add two holes to the back nine so that the clubhouse is in between nines.
