Been there, a few months back, and saw a row of patio homes in a partially finished/mostly unfinished development, with no signage saying it was Bluegreen or Wilderness Club. The only signs said MPI, Missouri Partners Inc., and you can google them and see the project.

There are several similar projects in the Branson area.
