Checking up on Wyndham Branson Missouri after a nightmare TS experience :)

Hi Everyone,

I'm posting on this thread after this nightmare posted here .

The company that almost tricked us into closing on an RTU as opposed to a deeded property agreed to give us another property.

I would like to check if the Wyndham Branson property is a deeded property location only or not? If it is deeded then my husband and I will tell the company we'd like to try to get this TS.

Also, what are people's experience on the Branson location?

Thanks for everyone's help!!! We're newbies on the TS thing so we're trying to be cautious, especially after the previous try.

Wyndham Branson Has several HOA's, what your contract says?

I believe they are all deeded one.

I don't actually have the contract yet. The agent simply asks us if we're interested with Wyndham Branson because according to him, it's at the same price as our original one. I'm trying to find out more about Wyndham Branson but since it's after hours, my husband asked me to post to see if we can find out more on the forums.

The Branson location is very nice, nicer than other Fairham/Wynfields. They have three campuses.
