  • Closing JLB-Style

Hi, nice to finally meet you.

Here's your deed, notarized, and 3 copies. Here's your Bill of Sale.

Take the original to the Recorders' Office and record it . . . about $25.

Here's the name, address and phone number of the lady in charge of transfers at the resort. Give her a call and ask about the transfer fee. It's $50. Then send her a copy of the Deed.

Take a copy of the Deed to the POA.

Here's the name and phone number of the lady in charge of maintenance fees. You can call her and make sure everything is current.

Here's an email from RCI, showing you how to join if you wanna. Let's get together and I'll show you how that works.

    OK. Great. See ya around.

Depends on the commercial policy here on TS4Ms. If it is lenient, Yes. If it is non-commercial, No.

Well, I am not interested in breaking any board rule; at least not intentionally! I actively watch ebay and other websites for sales quite often. I think I am in the market for only one more unit, and can't decide if I should enter the points arena(Wyndham) or just find another unit in a smaller, owner-run resort. If the right one came along at the right price for us, I would probably jump on it. Now....to figure out what that right one is!
