my wife and i purchased a time share at smugglers notch with a prime week, week 2, and a floater week. our third year in i lost my job because of 9/11 and my wife had to resign because of bad back surgery. cannot afford this any longer. it is paid in full. yearly maint. is aprox. $1,400.00. dont even use second week so loosing all those points. any suggestions? i've been reading some real horror stories on these time shares. help!
