I have a week booked for July 2013 at InnSeason HarborWalk in Falmouth. It's a converted motel one bedroom but it is supposed to sleep 4/8. The reviews are fairly bad for the motel rooms-especially for the ones for "contest winners" to preview the timeshare. I hope they give II exchangers decent rooms.

The Cove had a big parking lot but I do remember that we ended up parking kind of far from the unit and we were there in off season.
Btw there are a few other that we have stayed at that are very nice. All 3 are VRI, The Sea mist which we used to own at, Cape Cod Holiday Estates. Briarwood is a bit out of the way but if you can land a 3 bedroom grab it. They are huge!Timeshareforums Shirts and Mugs on sale now! http://www.cafepress.com/ts4ms

k I am okay with a motel type conversion if it is well maintained, clean and in a good location for touring and eating seafood ..
Alternatively thinking of doing the B&B or hotel via my SPG,Marriott,Hilton,Hyatt points.Traveling Broadens the mind and I want to do more French Quarter Fest in New Orleans is my favourite festival

When I travel for work I tend to stay at Hyatt or SPG these days although there were periods where I was doing a lot of Hiltons/Hampton Inn and Holiday Inn/IC.
But for a couple of months I was staying in the wildes on MN where Best Western and Comfort Inn were some of the better hotels/motels. Are those converted motels much worse that BW or CI?Traveling Broadens the mind and I want to do more French Quarter Fest in New Orleans is my favourite festival

More like Mom and Pop made a fortune selling to the developer kind of places.
For the beach these places are perfect IMO. I own a few weeks myself here in FL like that. They're usually in the best locations since they came first.

Some older Best Western and Comfort inn in small towns can be a bit rough around the edges too.
Yeah I don't mind the converted motel if it is well maintained and clean but one of them have bad review for being neither uhmm..Traveling Broadens the mind and I want to do more French Quarter Fest in New Orleans is my favourite festival

I have driven by Holly Tree and remember not being impressed from the road.
My parents lived for 16 years in this area, the beach next to Ocean Club was their town beach right at the mouth of the Bass River.
Joycapecod has lived in the area X 20 years and Wackymother and ebrams both own TSs in this area.....all three will be a wealth of information.

This is great information. Had alway had Cape cod on my list but was lower in priority and is thinking more about it this year. But just found out some friends from my European days might be leaving China later this year so might try to visit them before they leave. I think I definitely have 1 or more Europe trips planned this year.
Kind of hard to juggle work and all this vacation plan I want to have lol.
