We'll make the effort given Frank's positive review. I think it's great that LittleFrank got so much hands on instruction. I have never taken a knife class, though I've been tempted - I'm sure I could use some tips

I don't usually like barley but am tempted to switch since you loved it so much. The creamed spinach does sound a little bland/simple.

Whould you believe I learned how to cut Onions carrots and garlic in half the time it used to take me.

I was looking forward to seeing a different way of making the Creamed Spinach but I have to admit it was a wasted learning experieance since it was just the sauted Spinach and the Cheese added in which took maybe 4 minutes to make

Here we go again

We are scheduled for our class tonight at 6. Emailed two days ago about changing the sides. No response. Forwarded email again yesterday and I tried calling this morning and got an answering machine.

Still no callback

I think you should have gotten a confirmation call. Hope he calls or shows up. If not Groupon will refund in full

I would have thought so too. I know they'll refund, but I want to do this! If it doesn't work this time, we will definitely ask for a refund. I guess we won't decant the main wine selection until the chef shows up, to avoid a repeat of last time.

Nope. Got my refund from Groupon. Just got back from eating out at Ouest, the same place we went the last time. Stood up twice, not cool
