For the second time, the winning bidder for the Friar Tuck auction has not come through with the cash needed to complete the purchase.

Rumors are that they now plan on limiting bidding to those with a positive feedback score of at least 2! (This part is pure embellishment on my part, but this continuing saga sure sounds like my last failed experiences trying to liquidate some weeks on eBay!)
