I haven't eaten there since it's been redone a couple of years ago. I think they have various performers/musicians there. It's a bit upscale, but I think its a good choice. I'd check to see if they have anyone performing that week.Angela

I am very tempted to try Megu or Megu midtown. Problem is if you don't like what's on the restaurant week menu, it might take a second mortgage to order something else

Pat, check Happymum about the Oak Room first - I think she may have been there recently, unless there is another restaurant at the Plaza too.
Telepan is really nice and their restaurant week offerings have always been good. It is quieter and sleeker than Cesca. Cesca is a bit more bustling (can get loud), very good food though I've never been there for restaurant week.
I was going to mention dbBistro but haven't been there in quite some time, lol.
