This is an update on the Hilton Vacation Club on the Avenue of The Americas. We stayed there on an exchange through SFX last summer. We did NOT have to pay any fees of any kind and we had daily housekeeping. We also got free breakfast every morning and happy hour every evening with free drinks and food.
As I said before we have also stayed at the Manhattan Club and HGVC West 57th Street. We never paid any fees at either of them. We far prefer the Hilton Vacation Club on the Avenue of The Americas. The service is absolutely outstanding and we like the location better. Our least favorite is the Manhattan Club. We will definitely request the Hilton Vacation Club on the Avenue of The Americas for our next exchange to NYC.John

Based on John's recommendation and a visit to the property when mpizza was staying there, I have booked the Hilton Club for my pre-Christmas visit.
I still like the Manhattan Club but going forward, will only book thru SFX or II as RCI has allowed MC to increase their 'hospitality fees from $15studio/$25one bedroom to $30 a DAY .

If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.
BTW, I'm still keeping track of how many times you annoy me.
