As far as BYOB, when they charge $15 for a GLASS of wine I think they'd be crazy to let you.
That said, who really knows what I have in my Poland Springs water bottle ?

I was there last Friday night. We rented those $119/nt Metropolitan Suites, which are all on the 2nd floor and small, but we were upgraded to a junior suite, one of those nice ones with the bed in the alcove, on the 24th floor
Anyway, we went up there with a bottle of wine and a cheese/pepperoni/cracker platter and stayed there a couple of hours and no one said a thing. DH did buy beer $9, and friend's DH bought a $15 Captain Morgan and Coke, but we girls and friend's DH drank the wine.
