No, you should use RCI.

SFX will require a real week. I don't believe you can get their required week with 143k easily.

But if You can get the new resort (instead of MC) from SFX, than it worth a try.

See the post below - Jya-Ning was agreeing wih my post about RCI - if your Wyndham ownership is in points - u get a FREE RCI weeks account with that ownership - that is the best way for you to get the Manhattan Club.

I have been a SFX Platinum member for the past 14 years. There are many advantages over the Gold Membership and it will pay for itself if you use it. Some of the advantages are:

1. Discounted exchange fees
2. Discounted bonus weeks and sell off list weeks
3. Can request exchanges 18 months in advance vs 12 for Gold
4. Free unit size upgrade
5. Free guest certificates

I do not recommend the Diamond membership as it is very expensive and really doesn't offer much more than Platinum unless you are big into taking cruises. It is a 3rd party product.

If you have a week that is in Wyndham's point system, you can use Wyndham's dedicated portal for 143K for any MC week. That's a fair deal.

It's the way you access RCI through the Wyndham website. You can search online before you make a deposit to see what is available. Of course, there's no guarantee that what you want will still be available after your points get deposited. Still, it is a very nice feature to see what is out there and decide whether or not to exchange with RCI.

With RCI, it has nothing to do with 10 month, it is when they decided to make deposit and let it available to US exchanger.

No, the post is currently still available at RCI. So, if you have 143k deposit, you should be able to get it.

Best yet, I believe you are gold VIP, if so, you can check and if you found they are there, you than do on-line deposit and reservation. Non-Glod+ VIP must deposit to RCI first, wait for it show than do the reservation.

Look like that is all the availability you can access from on-line. I don't know if Wyndham/RCI VG can see more or not, as I said, if you come from RCI, you see more month, if you come from Wyndham/RCI you only see upto March 2012. Although I saw other resorts with date later than that day. If you want to get later day, best chance is to call, and ask them nicely (they may not have any ability or may not willing to do you a favor)

Look like it allows you to search for 3 years, but don't give you all the units if they think the trade is favorable to Wyndham owners.
