I am so excited to have finally booked in NYC! Thanks to all of you guys who gave me some direction in booking. We will be there for the July 4th week next summer!

I booked it through RCI with my Wyndham Points

unbelieveably, that is one of the only good deals using "new" RCI with WYN points! Glad you got what you wanted!!

This kind of exchange was completely unreachable before Wyn reformulated its RCI exchange point requirements. The ol' 28k super cheap exchanges have given way to allow Wyn owners to exchange for just about anything they want if they are willing to pay the point price.

Well, I have been drooling over the idea of going to NYC for quite some time now. I deposted the points I had left over from last year into RCI at the end of December 2010. I have been trying and looking and getting that my search yields no results. THANKFULLY someone on here showed me how to look at all of the availability online and I was able to get the dates I wanted! I actually wanted either July or the week of New Year's Eve (which I heard was near impossible to get) So, this morning I noticed July was open and we had a little family meeting and decided on July 4th week and I booked it! I cannot tell you how thrilled I am!
