Gurney's Inn Floor plan question- ocean view

I saw Frank's video on youtube of studio unit 580 at Gurney's inn. Has anyone stayed in the 1 bedroom suite in the promenade building? I am specifically looking at unit 581. Is the living room on one floor and the bedroom/bathroom upstairs? That's how it appears in the floorplan and the picture of the suites show a glimpse of stair rail in the living room. Junior suite ocean view Is there a terrace either outside the bedroom or the living room? It looks like the first floor units in that buiding get views of the ocean further out but not of the breaking surf. Is the noise from the parking lot bothersome during the summer?

Most of the units there have ocean views and most have a private balcony. The room I had was in the back area which was the first time I was back there, not a map but there site gives a good write up on there rooms Accommodations | Gurney's Inn Resort Spa & Conference Center
