I am renting the balance of the week from the resort, but there is an opportunity for someone to rent the weekend of 8/10 - Fri/Sat/Sun nights. Monday too if interested.
Nightly rate is apx $260, it's a large duplex 1 bedroom with two baths, full kitchen and truly charming outdoor patio. Rates for b&bs in the area are a lot higher, just for a bedroom, and there is no more central or charming location than this one.
I've stayed here in this unit and absolutely loved it. Though not necessarily bargain basement for timeshareworld, this is a rare opportunity since the resort only does full week rentals and the island is very high rent.
You can pay the resort directly, I wouldn't need to be involved, am just putting the word out, though it would mitigate my cost if it gets rented. Rate I've quoted doesn't put a premium on weekend either.
